Subscriptions

  1. You can purchase a subscription for Guardian mobile services via the Guardian website www.guardianmobile.co.uk . The cost associated with purchasing a subscription (which may vary from time to time) (the “subscription fee”) and details about how it works, are set out on the website. The subscription fee is payable in advance for the period you select.
  2. A subscription can be purchased on a monthly or annual plan (the “subscription period”). Save where you are using a “Special Offer”, at the end of the first and any subsequent month, or at the end of the first and any subsequent year of your subscription, your subscription will renew automatically unless you notify us in writing before the renewal date that you want to cancel, or do not want to automatically renew your subscription. Unless you notify Guardian in accordance with the above terms, you understand that your subscription will automatically renew, and you authorise Guardian, without further notice to you, to collect the applicable subscription fee using the direct debit or payment card details that we have on record for you.
  3. Where you are using a “Special Offer” representing a free or discounted Subscription period (which may be shorter than the normal subscription period), you will be contacted at the end of that period to notify you that your “Special Offer” is expiring. You may also receive an invitation at this point to take up a full subscription. If you do not wish to take up our offer then no further action will be required.
  4. If the direct debit or payment card that we have on file for you for payment of your subscription fee is declined, your subscription will be cancelled. If you provide us with a new direct debit or card and are successfully charged, your subscription period will be based on the original renewal date and not the date of the successful charge.
  5. Esprit reserves the right to cancel a subscription, without refund, and seek legal advice if there is any abuse of the service.

Cancellation of Subscription

  1. We are confident that you will be pleased with your product purchase. However if you are dissatisfied with its performance, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, including the setup and connection fee and service charge, provided you return the device in “like new” condition in its original box.
