Emergency Assist
Immediate assitance when emergencies arise
Simply press the emergency call button on your mobile phone when you need assistance.
A member of our Guardian Response® team will be immediately alerted and will speak to you via the voice channel on the phone. The phone will automatically switch to loudspeaker mode. The responder will know your location, however if they cannot reach you they will summon help.
Help will be summoned by contacting the nominated contact (relative, friend or carer), or the appropriate support and emergency service.
